A gift in your will can benefit Special Olympics’ national and international work, or can be directed to your state program. You can even include a gift for both.

Specific Gift

If you are considering making an outright gift to Special Olympics, we recommend the following language:

To include a gift in your will that benefits Special Olympics athletes where it is needed most in the United States or abroad, be sure to include this language:

Special Olympics, Inc., a nonprofit organization currently located at 1133 19th Street NW, Washington, DC, with Federal Tax ID 52- 0889518.

To include a gift in your will that benefits your local chapter affiliate, be sure to include this language:

Special Olympics (insert local chapter affiliate name here along with their city, state) with Federal Tax ID (insert the appropriate Tax ID number).
